Skyworth Group was founded in 1988 and is headquartered in the Shenzhen High tech Industrial Park, known as the "Silicon Valley" of innovation. In June 2010, we received a proposal from Skyworth Group to design a pivot shaft. After receiving the case, our design department carefully studied it and communicated with Skyworth Group's design personnel multiple times. In just one month, we finally confirmed the final sample. After receiving our sample, the customer conducted multiple installation tests, and the test results showed that the sample was OK. We immediately entered the mold making stage. On July 25th, we started mold making and held a new machine type review meeting, issuing hardware mold drawings and lathe parts samples. On August 15th, the customer confirmed the mold sample, and on August 25th, the new model was officially put into trial production. After that, the customer placed bulk orders. When we received the order from Skyworth, our design engineers calmly accepted it because we knew that these successes were the result of our hard work every day. Our efforts have truly earned us recognition and rewards. Now this base pivot has 50000 orders in production every month.

After more than two months, the LCD TV base pivot has finally been confirmed. We are very pleased to see that the base pivot complements the LCD TV perfectly. The design and completion of this base pivot really took a lot of effort. From the generation of creativity to the finalization of the model, we have collaborated well with Suocheng Technology. The R&D engineers of Suocheng Technology have professional design knowledge and have a good grasp of the design of the base shaft. The details are handled quite well. After trial production, 10 sets of samples were sent. We proposed some modification requirements for the details of the LCD TV base shaft. Suocheng engineering personnel humbly accepted our opinions and made some modifications to the details of the base shaft. Engineer Suocheng also provided us with valuable feedback on the design of this LCD TV base. The serious and responsible R&D engineers at Socheng make us feel the strength of Socheng's R&D and manufacturing capabilities.
