In March 2015, we received a commission from Dell to design a shaft proposal for a newly developed flat bracket shaft. The shaft needs to be thin, with a rotation angle of 0-130 degrees, and 130 degrees with limit and self-locking. After receiving the proposal, our R&D department racked their brains and carefully studied it, and had multiple communications and board making with Dell R&D personnel; In just six months, we finalized the final sample plan. After receiving the sample provided by us, the customer installed and tested it multiple times. The test results showed that the sample was OK and required immediate mold opening. On September 2nd, we started mold production and held a new model project meeting to issue sheet metal mold opening drawings. On September 18th, we completed the mold plate production and handed it over to the customer for confirmation. On September 26th, we received notification from the customer that the mold plate was OK and signed the plate sealing agreement with the customer. On October 15th, the new model was officially put into trial production until the customer placed a bulk order. When we received the Dell order, our R&D designer calmly accepted it. Because we know that these successes are the accumulation of my hard work every day, which has recognized and rewarded our efforts. Now, there are 50000 orders for the production of this flat bracket leather sleeve pivot every month;
