    1.产品扭力要求：上下转轴为3.5~4.0kgf-cm
    2.旋转角度：上转轴旋转-5~180度，-5度自锁
                上转轴旋到180度时下转轴才能转动，
                下转轴旋转180~365度，365度自锁
    3.出货角度：上转轴需打到180度
    4.产品寿命要求15000次，衰减率不大于20%
    5.产品的转轴外壳不能有刮花，掉漆，碰伤等现象
    6.所有加工工艺都需符合环保要求
    7.带*号尺寸为管制
